Sowing Desk Terms

1. Welcome to the germination desk

These Sowing Desk Terms govern your access to BAHAMUT COMMERCE and every order of HSN 1209 sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, fruit, herb, spice, forage and specialty packets placed through our online storefront. By browsing, registering, or checking out, you accept these terms in full. Packets are intended for planting and sowing, not for food consumption unless expressly labelled otherwise.

2. Who we are

KHIMANIYA SAGAR GORDHANBHAI trades as BAHAMUT COMMERCE. Our germination desk address is SHOP NO 207, 2ND FLOOR, CITY CENTER, S V ROAD, GOREGAON WEST, MUMBAI, MUMBAI, MAHARASHTRA, 400104. We operate as a sowing-seed retailer supplying HSN 1209 packets for home gardens, nurseries, and farm sowing across India.

3. What we sell

Our catalogue lists HSN 1209 sowing seeds including vegetable, flower, fruit, herb, spice, forage and specialty packets. Photographs show representative seed lots or parent plants; packet artwork and natural seed colour may vary between print batches and growing regions.

  • Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) for sowing-grade stock and correspond to the pack size on each product card.
  • High-demand cultivars may be temporarily unavailable between replenishment cycles.
  • Germination results depend on soil, temperature, watering, and climate — crop yield is never guaranteed.

4. Who may purchase

Checkout requires email verification. Buyers must be at least eighteen years old, or purchase through a parent or legal guardian.

5. Payment and order confirmation

  • An order is confirmed when prepaid payment clears or Cash on Delivery is accepted on the confirmation screen.
  • We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery in serviceable pin codes.
  • Any COD handling fee is displayed before you submit checkout.

6. Seed viability & storage

Sowing seeds are agricultural planting stock. Viability after delivery depends on cool, dry storage away from direct sunlight. We pack in moisture-barrier pouches before dispatch but cannot guarantee identical germination rates in every growing environment.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts near our Maharashtra registration address in Mumbai.
