Order Withdrawal

Effective date: 18 July 2026

1. Changes before dispatch

Contact Track & Support or email bahamutcommerce@gmail.com to cancel or amend delivery details before your order leaves our germination desk. Prepaid refunds are processed within 5–7 business days once confirmed.

2. After dispatch

Once seed packets are handed to the courier, cancellation is not possible. Refer to our Packet Return Desk policy if there is a delivery problem.

3. Bulk nursery orders

For nursery or bulk sowing consignments, we recommend placing orders at least 48 hours in advance. Same-day changes may not be possible once packets are allocated from stock.
