01 How do I create an account?

Register with your email and password on the Account page. A 6-digit OTP is sent to your inbox — enter it to verify before checkout.

02 Why must my email be verified?

Verified email ensures order confirmations, tracking updates, and support replies reach you. Resend the OTP anytime from Account if it expired.

03 Where is my order history?

Sign in and open My orders to view past seed purchases, totals, and dispatch updates synced to your account.

Orders & tracking

Follow seed packet dispatch, raise support tickets, and manage changes before your order is packed.

01 How do I track a seed order?

Use your order number and email on Track order. Status emails are sent after checkout and when dispatch milestones change.

02 Can I cancel or request a refund?

Open your order on the status page and submit a support form for cancellations, delivery issues, or refund requests. Our germination desk responds during working hours.

03 When will I receive confirmation?

An order confirmation email is sent immediately after checkout. Prepaid orders proceed to the payment gateway; COD orders are queued for moisture-barrier packing once confirmed.

Moisture-barrier packing, sowing-grade lots, and quality guidance for nationwide seed delivery.

01 How are sowing seeds packed for shipping?

Seeds are sealed in moisture-barrier pouches and cushioned in rigid cartons to keep packets dry in transit. Store cool and dry on arrival.

02 What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Report packet concerns within 7 days of delivery with photographs. See our Packet Return Desk for eligibility and claim steps.

03 Do you deliver across India?

Yes — we deliver nationwide subject to courier serviceability. Review the Shipping policy for zones and handling details.

01 Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI / online payment and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders. Prepaid seed orders receive free shipping.

02 What is the COD shipping charge?

COD shipping is ₹49 on eligible orders. Prepaid UPI orders ship free.
